While the range of reasons for studying a new language is varied for Indian learners, professional and personal growth remain the primary motivations. This trend is seen across all age groups as well as in both metropolitan and non-metropolitan cities in India. English, regional language learning too preferred

When asked which languages ​​they would be interested in learning in the future, 38 percent of those polled chose a European language, with French, Spanish and German being the top choices. As the business and entrepreneurial sectors become increasingly globalized, it is no surprise that Indians are seeking to expand their professional boundaries by learning these globally popular languages.

Interestingly, an equal number of respondents said they would be interested in learning English and a regional Indian language. This shows the need to diversify and seek new opportunities, while remaining connected to cultural roots.

The survey also indicated that digital learning is the most preferred medium for learning, especially through mobile apps and video platforms.
